The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) requires to establish a Long-Term Agreement for the Supply of Plumbing Materials, Related Professional Equipment, Tools, Accessories and Consumables to the United Nations Global Service Centre, Brindisi, Italy. The items to be supplied are grouped in 8 lots: Lot # 1 - Mechanical, Plumbing and Fluid Systems Lot # 2 - Heating and Boiler Systems Lot # 3 - Tools, Workshop and Maintenance Equipment Lot # 4 - General Hardware, Fittings and Consumables Lot # 5 - Testing, Measuring and Inspection Instruments Lot # 6 - Grounds, Agricultural and Landscaping Equipment Lot # 7 - Cleaning and Restroom Supplies Lot # 8 - Furniture and Accommodation Items Bidders will be permitted to submit bids for any individual lot or multiple lots, provided they are able to supply all categories within each lot for which they submit a bid The Long-Term Agreement shall have an initial duration of three years, with the option to extend it for two (2) additional consecutive periods of one (1) year each (3+1+1 years). The full technical requirements and details will be provided with a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage. Interested vendors must possess the necessary technical expertise and capacity to provide the required inspection, testing and certification services, as only suitably qualified vendors will be invited to participate in the solicitaiton process, which will commence upon finalization of this REOI exercise.
