Request for Quotation Project: Clean Energy for Buildings in Uzbekistan IDA Credit No.: 71720-UZ Pursuant to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 30, 2023 No. PQ-106, and within the framework of the Clean Energy for Buildings in Uzbekistan (CEBU) Project financed by the World Bank, the Project Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan invites eligible bidders to submit quotations for the provision of the following services: Technical inspection of structural elements of 10 (ten) public buildings (Stage 1) in Kashkadarya Region (Procurement No. CEBU/RFQ/25). Scope of Services: Description of Services Unit Quantity Conditions of Performance Technical inspection of structural elements of buildings (Stage 1), Kashkadarya Region service 1 Republic of Uzbekistan, Kashkadarya Region. Completion period: 45 calendar days The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotations (RFQ) procedures specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016, revised in November 2020 and updated in September 2023 and September 2025.
