Invitation for Bids (IFB) Bosnia and Herzegovina / Republika Srpska AGRICULTURE RESILIENCE AND COMPETITIVENESS PROJECT P171266 Vehicles for Extension Services, Paying Agency RS and for Inspection services RS RFB Reference No: BA-RS-ARCP-G-RFB-25-001 1. The Bosnia and Herzegovina has received a credit from the World Bank toward the cost of Agriculture Resilience and Competitiveness Project , and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for Vehicles for Extension Services, Paying Agency RS and for Inspection services RS, BA-RS-ARCP-G-RFB-25-001. 2. The Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska / Agriculture Project Coordination Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of 51 pieces of Vehicles . Prices quoted shall correspond to 100 % of the quantities specified. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Request for Bids (RfB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Regulations: Procurement under the project will be carried out in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers “Procurement in Investment Project Financing for goods, works, non-consulting services and Consulting Services” (July 2016, revised Nov 2017, Aug 2018, and Nov 2020), and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines. 4.
