The Rural and Renewable Energy Agency has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Liberia Electricity Sector Strengthening and Access Project II , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for Procurement of Design, Supply, Installation, and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Integrated Solar PV Streetlight System for Selected Roadways in Liberia “For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.” 2. The Rural and Renewable Energy Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Design, Supply, Installation, and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Integrated Solar PV Streetlight System for Selected Roadways in Liberia. The implementation period shall be eight (8) months, comprising six (6) months for design, supply and installation, plus two (2) months for testing, commissioning, Inspection and Verification, and major/minor defect corrections, followed by twenty-four (24) months for warranty, after-sales service, and O&M.
