Contract Title : Procurement of Notice Boards / Soft Boards for Elementary & Secondary Schools Under the SELECT Project Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: IDA-69730 TF No: B6208/B7208-PK RFB Reference No: PK-RSU-SINDH-553900-GO-RFB The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, through Government of Sindh (hereinafter called “Borrower”) financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the SELECT Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Notice Boards / Soft Boards for Elementary & Secondary Schools Under the SELECT Project. The Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the : Procurement of Notice Boards / Soft Boards for Elementary & Secondary Schools Under the SELECT Project . And the project delivery timeframe is set as per the bidding document. No margin of preference will be permitted. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revised Sept 2023, Nov 2017 and August 2018] (“Procurement Regulations”),and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
