MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, YOUTH AND SPORT ADDITIONAL FINANCING FOR GENERAL EDUCATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (GEIPAF) Project No: P181347 INVITATION FOR BIDS SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR SCHOOLS IN REGIONAL 1 Identification No: MoEYS-GEIPAF-NCB-G-005 The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a Credit from the World Bank toward the cost of Additional Financing for General Education Improvement Project (GEIPAF), Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to payments under the Contract for Supply, delivery, and Installation of ICT Equipment for Schools in Regional 1, Ref: MoEYS-GEIPAF-NCB-G-005. The Additional Financing for General Education Improvement Project, MoEYS, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Supply, delivery, and Installation of ICT Equipment for Schools in Regional 1, Ref: MoEYS-GEIPAF-NCB-G-005 The bidder evaluation and qualification criteria are included in Section II of the bidding document. Bid evaluation and contract award will be on a Package-wise basis. Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of the World Bank.
