The Ministry of Digitalization and Public Administration /Agency of Information Society has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Digital Governance for Service Delivery Project (SDGSDP) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Overhaul of Government network core infrastructure. 2. The Ministry of Digitalization and Public Administration /Agency for Information Society, now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for: Government network core infrastructure. The strategic objective of the Government of Kosovo (GoK), under Strategic Objective 3 of the Digital Agenda 2030, is to strengthen digital governance and modernize public administration by enhancing data-driven decision-making, transparency, and institutional efficiency. A key activity for achieving these objectives is the enhancement of the Government Core Network Infrastructure, which will provide a secure, resilient, and service-oriented digital backbone. This infrastructure will support the delivery of digital public services, improve operational resilience, and ensure alignment with EU standards and international best practices. 3.
