The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of five Animal Feed Processing Plant in the designated project area of Addis Ababa City Administration in Akaki Kality Sub-city. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers as indicated in ‘Procurement in Investment Project Financing, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting, and Consulting Services’, Seven Edition, September 2025, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
