MAFS through FSRP-2 now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the execution of the above works, which shall be procured and implemented as one (1) single procurement package covering all twelve (12) locations . Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) under a Single Package – One Contract arrangement, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2025 – Seventh Edition (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
