The Republic of the Philippines (hereinafter called ”Borrower”) has received financing from the World Bank (the “Bank”) toward the cost of the Infrastructure for Safer and Resilient Schools (ISRS) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for the Project Management of the ISRS project. 2.The consulting services (“the Services”) being procured via this REOI includes the following summary of the key responsibilities expected under these Services: A. The Project Management Consultant (PMC) shall provide comprehensive technical, administrative, and advisory support to the Department of Public Works and Highways – Buildings and Special Projects Management Cluster (DPWH-BSPMC) in the effective execution of Components 2 and 3.2 of the ISRS Project.
