The Republic of the Philippines (hereinafter called ”Borrower”) has received financing from the World Bank (the “Bank”) toward the cost of the Infrastructure for Safer and Resilient Schools (ISRS) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for the Project Implementation of the ISRS project. 2. The consulting services (“the Services”) being procured via this REOI includes the following summary of the key responsibilities expected under these Services: The consulting services are structured into two key phases: the Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design (DAED) Phase and the Construction Supervision (CS) Phase. These phases collectively cover the progression of the project from the development of complete, buildable design solutions to the actual implementation and delivery of the works. A. The Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design (DAED) Phase covers the full development of technical solutions for the project, starting from validation of site conditions up to the preparation of complete, procurement-ready design documents.
