Purchse of Multifunctional Printers

I. Request for Quotations Date: 6th of July 2026 Republic of Lebanon Green Plan Green, Agri-food Transformation for Economic Recovery Project (GATE)– Loan N°: 9576-LB “ Procurement and Configuration of Multifunctional Printers“ To: 1. The Republic of Lebanon represented by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) received a Loan from the World Bank toward the cost of the Green, Agri-food Transformation for Economic Recovery Project (GATE) – Loan N°: 9576-LB. The Green Plan, which has been delegated by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), with the implementation and management of the sub-component 2.1 of the Project, intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan for eligible payments for the purchase of four (4) multifunctional printers (Printer + Photocopier + Scanner). 2. The Green Plan (hereinafter referred as the Purchaser”) now requests quotations for three (3) color multifunctional printers (Printer + Photocopier + Scanner) and one (1) black and white multifunctional printers (Printer + Photocopier + Scanner) to be financed from the above-mentioned Loan. The maximum duration for the supply, installation and commissioning of Goods is ninety (90) days after the issuance of the Purchase Order. Bidders are requested to quote for the complete Schedule of Requirements. The bidder should submit only one quotation. Any Bidder who presents alternative quotations will have all his quotations rejected. 4.
