The Government of the Republic of Angola (GoA) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Second Water Sector Institutional Development Project (WSIDP-2), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments for the Cabinda PPP (as defined in Section II) only for, PHASE 1: MANAGEMENT CONTRACT FOR CAPACITY BUILDING, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CABINDA PROVINCIAL WATER AND SANITATION UTILITY (Empresa Pública de Águas e Saneamento de Cabinda-EP - EPAS CABINDA).
