The shortlisting criteria are: Minimum of 5 years’ experience conducting baseline and impact surveys in Uganda, preferably within the energy sector. Successful completion of at least one similar assignment in the past 5 years, covering the energy sector. Proven track record of work on donor-funded projects in Uganda, with a portfolio of relevant assignments. In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, trends, and market dynamics. Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, with the ability to synthesize information into graphs, charts, and infographics. Ability to design and implement
