[INDONESIA] Clean Energy and Power Trade Development in Southeast Asia Project of the Multi-Phase Programmatic Approach Accelerating Sustainable Energy Transition/MPA ASET Project/Grant No.: P181555 / IDA -E3430 Assignment Title: Database System Advisor for AEDS Development Reference No.: ID-ACE-545946-CS-INDV-2 The ASEAN Centre for Energy has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Clean Energy and Power Trade Development in Southeast Asia Project of the Multi-Phase Programmatic Approach Accelerating Sustainable Energy Transition/MPA ASET and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the provision of AEDS Development of IT System Advisor, encompassing both technical assistance and advisory services to undertake the tasks set out in the TOR. The assignment is expected to be implemented over a period of 13 months, commencing in approximately August 2026.
