Title/ Position Qualifications Experience Financial Management Specialist (FMS) Professional qualification CA / ACCA / ACMA from a recognized institution. Ten (10) years’ experience of managing finance of large international / national / subnational projects Preference will be given to those who have experience in working on areas covered under the TORs. The Project Implementation Unit – Pakistan Meteorological Department (PIU-PMD) now invites eligible Individuals (“Consultants”), to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
