Country of Delivery Republic of Uzbekistan The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of the INSON Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward consulting services. The consulting services (“Services”) include the development and production of five targeted social awareness and informational video materials aimed at increasing public awareness of protection mechanisms against harassment and violence, promoting a zero-tolerance approach to violence, and informing the population and professionals about available protection mechanisms, response procedures, and social support services. The scope of services includes the development of concepts and scenarios, preparation of scripts and storyboards, organization and implementation of video production and filming, provision of a full range of post-production services, including editing, sound design, graphics, and subtitling, as well as preparation and delivery of final video materials and related dissemination products. The assignment is expected to be implemented over a maximum period of five (5) months.
