REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI) Name of Project: Building Institutions and Systems to Harness and Realize Agenda (BIASHARA) 2063 Contract Title: Consulting Services for Developing Dispute Settlement Portal Method of Selection: Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS) – International Type of Contract: Lump-Sum Contract Project ID: 180117 Grant No.: E2020 Reference No.: ET-AFCFTA-541891-CS-CQS The African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Secretariat has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Building Institutions and Systems to Harness and Realize Agenda (BIASHARA) 2063 and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) is for Developing the Dispute Settlement Portal . The firm will be responsible for developing the Dispute Settlement Portal. The primary deliverable of this consultancy will be the design, development, deployment and integration of a Dispute Settlement Portal into the existing AfCFTA website, to provide secure, structured public and administrative access to the Dispute Settlement Mechanism's institutional framework, processes, legal instruments and case information.
