Specific Procurement Notice Request for Bids Goods (Two-Envelope Bidding Process) Country: Ethiopia Name of Project: Education and Skills for Employment Project (EASE) Contract Title: Procurement of Agricultural Machinery Equipment,Agro processing Equipements and Accessories for (Ardaita, Jinka,Shire,Bonga,Daye,Teppi and Jigjiga) Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: IDA-74200 RFB Reference No.: ET-MOLS-545744-GO-RFB Issue Date: July 21, 2026 The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Education for Skills and Employment (EASE), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of Procurement of Training Equipment and Accessories of Honey and Spice, Coffee Processing, Tea Processing, Dairy products and Agricultural Mechanization Technology for PTCs (Shire, Bonga, Tepi, Jinka and other Colleges) The Ministry of Labor and Skills now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for the Procurement, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Training of Laboratory Training Equipment and Accessories for selected TVET institutions and training centers under the following five Lots: Lot 1: Honey and Spice Training Laboratory Equipment and Accessories Lot 2: Coffee Processing Laboratory Equipment and Accessories; Lot 3: Tea Processing Training Laboratory Equipment and Accessories Lot 4: Dairy product Processing Training Laboratory Equipment and Accessories Lot 5: Agricultural Mechanization Technology Laboratory Equipment and Accessories; The Goods and Related Services shall be delivered, installed, tested, commissioned, and made fully operational within six (6) months from the Effective Date of Contract or as specified in the Delivery and Completion Schedule.
