The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Climate Resilience Multiphase Programmatic Approach (CResMPA) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement and establishment of Coastal Metocean Stations . “For this contract, the Borrower shall process eligible payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.” 2. The Chairperson, Project Procurement Committee now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Five Coastal Metocean Automated Observation Stations at off Delft Island, Pigeon Island of Trincomalee, Wisky Point of Arugambay, Hikkaduwa Fishery Harbor and Dikovita Fishery Harbor, Colombo in Sri Lanka for the Department of Meteorology, Sri Lanka , shall complete at a proposed location considering various environmental, safety, and operational aspects within 75 days from the date contract singed. Margin of preference shall not apply . 3.
