The consulting services (“the Services”) aim to provide a detailed analysis of the technical, economic, financial, legal, social, and environmental viability of implementing the project. The goal is to ensure the infrastructure's success, sustainability, and resilience to climate change, while maximizing economic benefits for the local and national economy. The Consulting Firm will be responsible for: Conducting a technical feasibility assessment, including site conditions, infrastructure needs, utilities, access, logistics, and other technical requirements; Preparing an economic feasibility study, including market analysis, demand assessment, identification of priority industrial sectors, value chains, potential investors, and expected economic impact; Developing a financial feasibility study, including investment cost estimates, operating costs, revenue projections, financial modeling, funding options, and sustainability analysis; Evaluating the legal, regulatory, institutional, and environmental framework relevant to the establishment and operation of the Industrial Development Hub; Identifying infrastructure requirements, such as roads, electricity, wa
