The consulting services ("the Services") include, Design reviews and approval, Construction supervision and quality control, contract managements, progress monitoring, provide inclusive technical support to the Client, on job training and capacity building for Client staffs working on grid reliable access. The service is expected to be started in January 2027, and estimated duration is for 2 years. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be obtained at the address given below. The Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The short listing criteria are (i) core business and years in business, (ii) relevant experience, (iii) technical and managerial capability of the firm. Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
