Recruitment of Junior Procurement Expert

REPUBLIC OF TURKEY MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, URBANIZATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE General Directorate of Construction Affairs PUBLIC AND MUNICIPAL RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT ( P179867 ) REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT ( JUNIOR PROCUREMENT EXPERT) (Ref: PUMREP/WB/IND-JPE-01) The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Public and Municipal Renewable Energy Efficiency Project (PUMREP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. General Directorate of Construction Affairs (GDCA) of The Ministry of Environment Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC) will serve as the main implementing agency for the Component 1, 3a and 4a of the project. The overall objective of the Project is to increase the use of renewable energy (RE) through self-generation in public facilities. The implementation period for the project is 5 years. The consulting service (“the Services”) includes the hiring of a full-time Junior Procurement Expert (PUMREP/WB/IND-JPE-01) to support the GDCA's Project Implementation Unit. The selected consultant is expected to be awarded with a one-year renewable contract.
