Grant No.: E5690 RFB Reference No.: RFB No: ET-MoE-560871-GO-RFB The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of implementation of Grant Facility for Project Preparation Trust Fund (GFPP) in relation to: Ethiopia Education Transformation Operation for Learning Additional Financing (P182107) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Lot-1, Laptop Computer, and Lot-2, E-Reader Devices (Kindle or Equivalent) . For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing . The Ministry of Education now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Lot-1, Laptop Computer, and Lot-2, E-Reader Devices (Kindle or Equivalent) the procurement is conducted through the eGP system, with both lots being treated as separate bids. Qualification Requirements: In Addition to the requirements listed below, the bidders are encouraged to read and respond to the exhaustive list of post qualification requirements specified in the RFB Section III. Financial Capability : The Bidder shall submit audited financial statements for the last 3(three) years (2015 E/C to 2017E/C) to evaluate the financial capability of the supplier as follows.
