The Food Security Coordination Office of the Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for: e-payment service for Cluster of Somali, Diredawa and Harari regions. 2. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised November 2017, July 2018 and Nov. 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 3.
