Request for Bids Goods Country: Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Name of Project: Productive Safety Net Program 6 (PSNP 6) Contract Title: E-payment service for Oromia region Credit No./ Grant No.: Credit No. IDA79790 & TF DO895 RFB Reference No ET-MOA/FSCD-555575-NC-RFB The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Productive Safety Net program VI and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for e-payment service for Oromia region . The Food Security Coordination Office of the Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for: e-payment service for Oromia region. 2. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised November 2017, July 2018 and Nov. 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 3.
