The consulting services (“Services”) is required to be undertaken as an external consultant firm supporting the client, Ministry of Communications and Technology (MoCT), FGS to carry out the implementation of “ Consulting Firm to conduct Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) and Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) for the proposed Galkayo – Hobyo Fiber Optic Corridor in Somalia” . The consultant firm will undertake all the specific required tasks detailed out in the Terms of Reference (ToR). The consultant service is expected to be conducted and reports delivered in approximately six (6) months from commencement of the contract.
