For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing The Guma Valley Water Company now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction of 60,000m3 Raw Water Storage for the Angola Treatment Plant situated in the Angola Community along the Freetown Peninsular Highway. The work includes major earthworks, geomembrane installation, and structural, concrete and pipework. The construction period for this work is 18 months. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s http://www.worldbank.org/html/opr/procure/guidelin.html Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers of September 2025.
