REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING SERVICES) Country : The Republic of Uzbekistan Implementation Agency: National Agency for Social Protection (NASP) under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Name of Project: “Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable Populations” (INSON) Financing Agreement No. 7555-UZ / Grant Agreement No. TF C4589-UZ Assignment Title: Full-Stack Developer / UX/UI Designer (Mobile + Web) Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): UZ-INSON-CS-IC-1.1.3.2.-2 The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable Populations” (INSON) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the development, implementation, and delivery of a fully functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) enabling digital monitoring of all five categories of activities of the “Inson” Centers. The MVP will include: Mobile application for social workers Web panels for social workers, supervisors and operators KPI platform Tracking platform ERP components CRM components Situational management platform Document workflow platform Task management platform Monitoring platform Estimated level of effort: approximately 4 professional staff-months. Implementation period: approximately 4 months from contract start. Expected start date: upon contract signature (tentatively September 2026).
