REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING SERVICES) Country : The Republic of Uzbekistan Implementation Agency: National Agency for Social Protection (NASP) under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Name of Project: “Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable Populations” (INSON) Financing Agreement No. 7555-UZ / Grant Agreement No. TF C4589-UZ Assignment Title: Local Infrastructure Support Consultant (Civil Engineer) – Consultant 1 Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): UZ-INSON-CS-IC-2.2.2.5.1/R The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable Populations” (INSON) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include providing day-to-day technical support to NASP, particularly the Department of Infrastructure Development, in ensuring high-quality implementation, supervision, and monitoring of construction and repair works under the INSON Project. Estimated level of effort and implementation period is approximately 12 professional staff-months. Expected start date: upon contract signature (tentatively September 2026).
