The primary objective of this assignment is to conduct an independent review of the Detailed Engineering Design output and deliverables prepared by the DFR in-house team. The Consulting services ("the Services") include review and validation of the Detailed Engineering Design outputs and deliverables prepared by the DFR in-house team to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, compliance with the Terms of Reference and applicable standards, constructability, cost reliability, bid readiness, and to provide actionable recommendations for improvement. The Individual Consultant is expected to undertake the following activities among others: Assess the adequacy of the topographical survey methodology, the accuracy and completeness of the Digital Terrain Models and mapping, the coverage of all relevant road and surrounding features, and the quality and compliance of the survey deliverables including survey reports, coordinate list and topographic maps with the required specifications.
