ESCOM intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Low Voltage Lines, service wire and ready board in towns and cities ESCOM now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Low Voltage Lines, service wire and ready board in towns and cities Lot Number Description of works Designated area 1 Construction of Low Voltage Lines, service wire and ready board North (Mzuzu, Mzimba, Nkhata Bay 2 Construction of Low Voltage Lines, service wire and ready board Centre( Lilongwe and Kasungu) 3 Construction of Low Voltage Lines, service wire and ready board South (Blantyre, Chiradzulo, Neno and Mwanza 4 Construction of Low Voltage Lines, service wire and ready board East (Zomba and Machinga Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
