The Government of the Republic of Cabo Verde has received from the International Development Association (hereafter named “World Bank”), the Credit no. 7797-CV to fund the Digital Cabo Verde Project, aiming to contribute to transforming the country into a regional digital hub for accelerating its digital economy through enhanced digital infrastructure and strengthened demand for digital services and skills. The Government intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the contract for Feasibility Study and Procurement Preparation for School and Municipalities Connectivity. 2. The purpose of this technical assistance is to support the Government of Cabo Verde in identifying, assessing, and preparing the most efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective solution to provide broadband connectivity to public schools, while ensuring adequate conditions for digital education and school management. 3. The assignment is expected to take about 7 (seven) months from the date of signing the contract. 4. The implementing agency, Unidade de Gestão de Projectos Especiais – UGPE, now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experienc
