The Government of the Republic of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Horn of Africa Groundwater for Resilience Project (HoAGW4RP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include: Development of 5-year Strategic Plans as well as targeted business plans for the selected (identified) O&M Operators of Turkana Rural Water and Sanitation Company, Marsabit Water and Sewerage Company, Wajir Water and Sewerage Company, Mandera Water and Sewerage Company and Garissa Rural Water and Sanitation Corporation. In addition, the services will include review of WaterFund’s Strategic Plan.
