Invitation to Bid for the Design and Build of the Phase 4 and 5 Middle Mile Level 1 Fiber Optic Cable for Northern Mindanao and CARAGA (Region 10 and Region 13) 1) The Government of the Philippines (GOP) has received a Loan from the World Bank toward the cost of Philippine Digital Infrastructure Project (PDIP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for the Design and Build of the Phase 4 and 5 Middle Mile Level 1 Fiber Optic Cable for Northern Mindanao and CARAGA (Region 10 and Region 13). 2) The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) now invites bids for the Design and Build of the Phase 4 and 5 Middle Mile Level 1 Fiber Optic Cable for Northern Mindanao and CARAGA (Region 10 and Region 13) with Estimated Project Cost (EPC) in the amount of Three Hundred Million Seven Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand and Three Hundred Seventy-Two Pesos (PHP 300,747,372.00) . Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Calendar Days (300 CD) upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders shall present evidence of a similar Work Contracts within the last five (5) years prior to the deadline of the submission of bids with a project value amounting to at least fifty percent (50%) of the estimated cost.
