Invitation to Bid for the Design and Build of the Phase 4 and 5 Middle Mile Level 1 Fiber Optic Cable for Zamboanga Peninsula and Northern Mindanao (Regions 9 and BARMM) 1) The Government of the Philippines (GOP) has received a Loan from the World Bank toward the cost of Philippine Digital Infrastructure Project (PDIP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for the Design and Build of the Phase 4 and 5 Middle Mile Level 1 Fiber Optic Cable for Zamboanga Peninsula and Northern Mindanao (Regions 9 and BARMM). 2) The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) now invites bids for the Design and Build of the Phase 4 and 5 Middle Mile Level 1 Fiber Optic Cable for Zamboanga Peninsula and Northern Mindanao (Regions 9 and BARMM) with Estimated Project Cost (EPC) in the amount of Five Hundred Nineteen Million One Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos Only (519,159,934.00). Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders shall present evidence of a similar Work Contracts within the last five (5) years prior to the deadline of the submission of bids with a project value amounting to at least fifty percent (50%) of the estimated cost.
