REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES – FIRMS SELECTION) The Government of Indonesia Global Environment Facility Indonesia Sustainable Cities Impact Project Grant No.: TF0B8114 Assignment Title: Consulting Firm Services for Strengthening Synergized Low-Carbon & Climate Resilience Development, Circular Economy, and Biodiversity Policy and Planning in Bitung City Reference No .: ID-LH-567731-CS-CQS The Government of Indonesia had received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Global Environment Facility Indonesia Sustainable Cities Impact Project (SCIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include: (a) inventory data, profiling and scenario analysis, (b) developing strategies and action plans and (c) formulating practical guidelines to integrate low-carbon, climate-resilient, circular economy, and biodiversity. The Services are expected to start in November 2026 and be performed during a period of 8 months. The total estimated level of effort is approximately 67 technical/professional staff months.
