Consultancy Services for a 360º Communications Services Provider

COUNTRY: Republic of Mozambique NAME OF PROJECT: Mozambique Safer Roads for Socio-Economic Integration Grant No.: IDA-E0780 Assignment Title: Consultancy Services for a 360º Communications Services Provider Reference No . (as per Procurement Plan): MZ-PMU-547104-CS-CQS The Government of Mozambique (GOM) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Safer Roads for Socio-Economic Integration Program and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payment for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) involve provision of integrated 360-degree communications services to UCP, covering strategic planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of all institutional, programmatic, and project communications activities, in accordance with national standards and World Bank requirements. The contracted agency shall provide the UCP with the services organized into ten functional areas that comprise an integrated 360° communication offering. All areas must be delivered in a coordinated manner, under a single coordination, with unified contractual governance. The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the primary procurement stage for the assignment can be obtained from the address given below. The Ministry of Transport and Logistics (MTL) now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The selection criteria will be based on section 9 of the Terms of Reference.
