Solicitation: 36C25227B0002 Project: 550-20-121: Demo Old Boiler Plant B100 (CON) Location: VA Illiana Health Care System (VAIHCS) 1900 East Main Street Danville, IL 61832 VA Illiana Health Care System (VAIHCS) has a requirement to demolish old boiler plant in Building 100 in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, demolition, removal of underground storage tank, traditional asbestos abatement, lead-based paint removal and disposal, and certain other items. Contractor shall Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, supervision, management, and all other necessary resources required for Project #550-20-121 Demo Old Boiler Plant B100 as required by the drawings and specifications. The Period of Performance is One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP shall be issued approximately 14 calendar days after award once required payment and performance bonds and certificate of insurance is provided. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on www.SAM.gov. There will be a pre-bid conference held for this project and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid conference will be included in the solicitation package.
