The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Lakehurst, NJ, intends to procure, through competition on a Fixed Price basis, a High Performance Search and Retrieval Software tool, which includes a comprehensive on-line subscription for parts logistics and acquisition-related data. in support of the Engineering and Integration Division, NAWCAD Lakehurst, NJ. The Government intends to procure the item through a full and open competition. (i) THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
