The service includes the Implementation of Communication Media and Brand Strategy for the Commission. OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT A comprehensive and integrated Media Communication and Brand Strategy that enhances the visibility, credibility, stakeholder engagement, and reputation of the Commission specifically to the following : Review, update, and support the implementation of the communications and Stakeholder engagement in line SEEQIP programmes Develop specific guidelines on how the Commission’s platforms could be used to improve the image of the Commission, from a branding perspective; Provide professional and effective continuous communication services based on the existing Communication Strategy of the Commission; Plan and implement the stakeholder’s targeted events in consultation with the Commission; Review and assess the existing communication structures, tools, and practices of the Commission; Evaluate stakeholder perceptions and communication needs and advise the Commission; Strengthen a strong institutional brand positioning and identity framework; Strengthen an integrated internal and external communication strategy; Strengthen digital and media engagement frameworks; Strengthen a crisis communication and reputation management framework; Provide practical implementation guidelines and monitoring tools for co
