The Government of Kenya (GOK) has applied for financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Kenya Urban Mobility Improvement Project (KUMIP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the individual Signaling and Telecommunication Engineering Expert . The start date for the services is September 2026 and the duration of the assignment is 24 months. 3. Kenya Railways, (the “Client”) , now invites eligible individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
