( as per Procurement Plan ): TV-TFD-545894-CS-INDV The Tuvalu Fisheries Authority (TFA) has received an advance financing from the World Bank/International Development Association (WB/IDA) for the Tuvalu Pacific Islands Regional Oceanscape Program for Economic Resilience (PROPER), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include an Individual Consultant to support the TFA to improve the management and operation of the hatchery and to document operating procedures. The assignment is expected to involve approximately three (3) weeks of in-country work. During this period, the Consultant will provide the key deliverables and, where possible, field-test the developed procedures and recommendations on site in collaboration with TFA. The assignment is scheduled to take place in October.
