This survey is for market research purposes only. Only contractors capable of performing this type of work should respond to this notice. INTRODUCTION The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Detroit District, is issuing this Sources Sought notice and conducting market research as a means to identify interest and capabilities of both small and large business entities to provide design and construction services for the Davis Building Rehabilitation project located at the Soo Locks Complex in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan. The information collected will be used to help determine the appropriate strategy to solicit and award the project. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All small business set-aside socioeconomic categories will be considered.
