NGATS SOFTWARE SUPPORT

INTRODUCTION The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island at Picatinny on behalf of the Product Director Test, Maintenance, and Diagnostic Equipment (PD TMDE), designated for Next Generation Automated Test System (NGATS), is issuing a sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources with information to provide NGATS System Software Support. The NGATS station software shall provide real run time environment for performing off platform diagnostic testing and fault isolation of Line Replaceable Units and Shop Replaceable Units for the electrical weapon systems. The Contractor shall develop Common Operator Test Environment for it to be used with the latest “Visual Studio” code. This software shall maintain NGATS readiness and ensure continuous improvement, Recurring software updates, performance enhancements, and technical support are required to the baseline NGATS software. TMDE requires a vendor familiar with the complete NGATS software baseline to perform the updates to the software and maintain the current cybersecurity posture. This effort is to provide that support in an ongoing manner with no less than quarterly software deliverables and monthly status updates Support previously provided under Contract No. W15QKN-18-D-0073, Task Order W15QKN-22-F-0286. The scope of the previous effort has been provided for informational purposes. The estimated period of performance for this effort is 12 months. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm-Fixed-Price. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System code assigned to this acquisition is 541330 - Engineering Services and Product Service Code R425 – Support – Professional: Engineering/Technical.
