EEM are conducting this tender exercise to procure a Fire Safety, Security & Entry and Access Systems Framework to replace our existing EEM0037 Framework (expiring 29th August 2026) and EEM0067 Framework (expiring 23rd October 2026) into a single, consolidated Framework. The Framework will provide EEM Members with a provision for Fire Safety, Security and Entry and Access Systems Framework Services delivered via this Framework will be to domestic and commercial properties. The site comprises a large, vacant and partially derelict estate, with limited lighting and infrastructure, requiring a continuous and professional security presence to ensure the protection of assets, prevention of unauthorised access, and management of health and safety risks. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering a fully managed security service, including (but not limited to): - Continuous onsite guarding (minimum of two SIA-licensed operatives at all times). - Routine patrols across buildings, perimeter fencing, and external areas - Detection, reporting and escalation of incidents - Response to CCTV activations and alarm notifications - Monitoring risks such as trespass, vandalism, fire and structural hazards - Maintaining detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and KPI performance data - Provision of staffing, welfare facilities, equipment and PPE Given the nature of the estate, contractors must demonstrate experience of working within high-risk, potentially hazardous environments, including those with structural deterioration and possible asbestos-containing materials, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.

Rail Delivery Group (RDG) intends to procure the Phase 1 supplier set for a consolidated Great Britain Delay Repay service, aligned to the wider Great British Railways (GBR) implementation. RDG is expected to lead delivery and operation of the interim national capability prior to GBR go-live; solutions should therefore be connectable and portable to the evolving train operating company (TOC) / GBR technology stack and operating processes, with clear interfaces and practical transition support. Phase 1 is expected to be structured into lots covering: (1) core Delay Repay platform and lead systems integration; (2) electronic Ticket Validation Database capability (eTVD); and potentially (3) print and postal fulfilment for letters/rail travel vouchers and the provision of rail travel vouchers and warrants for non DRS requirements. RDG anticipates subsequent procurement, later including Pay As You Go (PAYG) scheme integration; Phase 1 solutions should support future operational hand-offs (e.g., exception queues and operational MI). Scope and sequencing are indicative and may be refined prior to tender. The total spend values stated in this notice are based on estimated levels of capacity and throughput needed as at the date of this notice for the full contract duration including all term extensions exercised.

The CVRAS (Clean Vehicle Retrofit Accreditation Scheme) supports the reduction of air pollutant emissions from older and more polluting diesel vehicles during the transition to a zero-emission fleet. The scheme was launched in 2017 and funded by Government to accredit retrofit technologies that could reduce levels of nitrogen oxides (NOX) emissions from buses to close to Euro VI levels. The Department for Transport has a requirement for an outsourced service to provide an accreditation scheme. This comprises monitoring performance of the CVRAS bus fleet, improving compliance including telematics reporting, engaging bus operators and Local Authorities on bus fleet maintenance and supporting accurate functioning of Clean Air Zone charging.

The delivery plan will include the following activity: Targeted hospital in-reach providing support to children and young people (CYP) who are admitted to hospital and still receiving treatment, to include Queen Elizabeth Hospital UHB as the Major Trauma Centre and Birmingham Heartlands Hospital. Tailored, holistic support and advocacy for 11 - 25-year-olds affected by serious violence and exploitation presenting to ED settings in Birmingham (Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Birmingham Heartlands Hospital), capitalising on the 'reachable moment' and offering support at a critical time of need. The Service will be primarily community-based, providing "in reach" support to Birmingham-based hospitals where required. Ensure the support offered is embedded in and adding value to any other relevant support the young person and their family may be receiving. The deadline for the application is 22nd June 2026 at 9am. Acivico's Constructing West Midlands team are procuring a Framework (CWM FM) for all types of Hard Facilities Management Works and Services. CWM FM will deliver Compliance Programmes, Planned Periodic Maintenance (PPM), Routine Responsive Maintenance (RRM) and Minor Maintenance Works (MMW) to a range of public sector clients primarily across the Greater West Midlands region. The scope of works and services will include all Building and Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) maintenance and repair requirements, including individual reactive Minor Works projects up to approximately £500,000 in value. This will include the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor roles relating to the works under management. Contractors are invited to participate in a market engagement process with CWM by completing an early market engagement questionnaire. The information provided by suppliers will be used to help inform the framework design and procurement strategy. CWM reserve the right to hold further market engagement with selected respondents, which may include in person or online events at CWMs discretion. This Framework is being established to be particularly suitable for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Contractors interested in participating in the procurement process are advised that they must have experience of undertaking Principal Designer or Principal Contractor roles either directly or through their supply partners in order to meet the conditions of participation. It is intended that CWM FM will be a closed framework agreement and that it will be tendered in Lots, with multiple suppliers per Lot. The NHS Youth Forum provides an inclusive platform for young people to share lived experience, inform national policy, and influence healthcare services. The appointed supplier will be responsible for: • Delivering and managing the NHS Youth Forum; • Facilitating engagement, consultation, and longer-term research with CYP; • Supporting a diverse and representative membership; • Producing relevant content and outputs; • Coordinating attendance and support at in-person events; and • Enabling effective collaboration with NHS England, DHSC, and wider system partners. These activities ensure that CYP voices are actively heard, valued, and reflected in national programmes and priorities, including wider government engagement. Contract Term and Value The contract will be awarded for an initial term of two (2) years, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year. The estimated contract value is up to £150,000 per annum (excluding VAT), with a maximum total value of £450,000 (excluding VAT) across the full contract term, including any extension. This includes the supply of consumables and spares, along with associated installation services and technical support. Suppliers are therefore requested to confirm their capability in relation to the requirements outlined below. The scope includes: - Supply of flow meters, pulse units, transmitters, batteries, cables and ancillary consumables - Support for legacy and end-of-life equipment - UK-wide delivery capability, including urgent and next-day requirements - The ability to deliver the majority of required items within 5 working days - Demonstrable stockholding of commonly used items (not solely order-on-demand) - Installation services - Technical advice across multiple OEM systems, including electromagnetic flow meters Analysis of historical spend indicates that while some items are available via established frameworks and can offer cost savings, only a limited proportion of requirements are both commercially advantageous and operationally viable via these routes. The majority of requirements are subject to constraints including lead times, minimum order requirements, stock availability, and multi-OEM compatibility. United Utilities' preference is for a single supplier capable of delivering a fully integrated service; however, this market engagement seeks to understand whether such capability exists within the market.
