The Travel Management Contract value is estimated to be c. £8m p.a. However, this should be regarded as an estimate only, is subject to demand and business need, is not binding on the University, nor deemed to be a condition of Contract or a guarantee of minimum demand or uptake. The purpose of this PME exercise is to gain a better understanding of the travel management solutions available in the market, explore options for a specific solution for Queen’s, understand costs / commercial models, and support a potential future procurement exercise. The PME process will provide interested suppliers with the opportunity to obtain further information on Queen’s requirements and provide Queen’s with the opportunity to obtain feedback from the marketplace. This notice is for early market engagement only. It is not a call for competition and Queen’s is not seeking formal offers at this point. The successful bidder shall be required to carry out dredging and disposal works to restore the navigation channels and berths in specified areas of Belfast Harbour to their specified depths. The estimated volume of material to be dredged is a minimum of 400,000m3. All dredged natural material is to be disposed of at an offshore disposal area situated approximately 14 nautical miles from the turning circle. Interested parties should note that as part of this PQQ process, bidders are required to demonstrate that they have sufficient experience in dredging projects of a similar scope and complexity, as well as sufficient plant and resources to undertake the dredging works in accordance with BHC's timetable for the works, if successful. The project has an estimated 8-10 weeks duration.

This global estate is critical to the delivery of UK Government objectives and requires sustained investment in construction, refurbishment, maintenance, compliance and infrastructure programmes. Projects are delivered in a wide variety of operating environments and market conditions, often involving complex security, regulatory, logistical and commercial challenges. This session is intended to provide early insight into the scale and complexity of delivering projects across global locations, alongside the operational challenges associated with international delivery. Portsmouth City Council ('the council') on behalf of the Southern Coastal Group (SCG) and SCOPAC (Standing Conference on Problem Associated with the Coast), is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors for inclusion onto a multi-contractor Coastal & Flood Works Framework Agreement. This framework will replace the existing SCG Minor Works Framework that is due to expire on 30th November 2026. The Council s aiming to commence the framework from March 2027 which will run for a period of four years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years in increments to be agreed. The framework will comprise of 3 lots: • Lot 1a - Minor Coastal Civil Engineering Works. • Lot 1b - General Coastal Civil Engineering Works. • Lot 2 - Specialist beach management. Contractors may apply for any or all of the 3 lots. Each framework lot will be made up of a primary tier of up to 4 contractors and a secondary tier of up to 2 contractors. The secondary tier will primarily be used on a contingency resource basis. Stage 1 Application is via submission of a completed Procurement Selection Questionnaire (PSQ) by 14th August 2026 @ 12:00. The council anticipates shortlisting 8 contractors for each Lot from assessment of the returned PSQ submissions, who will then be invited to tender. The value of the framework across both lots is estimated to be in the region of £25M - £75m over six years. The Violence Prevention Youth Health Champions Programme is a workforce development and community prevention initiative designed to strengthen violence prevention knowledge, leadership and peer-led health improvement across the Humber region. The programme combines practitioner upskilling, trainer development and youth engagement to create a sustainable model for delivering violence prevention education within communities. The programme has three connected components: 1. Level 3 Award in Violence Prevention and Reduction (VPR) for Operational Leads 2. Train the Trainer Programme 3. Delivery of the Level 2 Violence Prevention Youth Health Champions qualification Together, these elements develop practitioner expertise, build local capacity and empower young people to act as advocates for violence prevention. The intervention follows a structured, nationally recognised curriculum delivered through the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) accredited qualifications. The qualification equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to identify risk factors, implement preventative approaches and support teams in responding effectively to incidents of violence. Following completion of the Level 3 training, practitioners participate in a one-day Train the Trainer programme. This equips them to deliver the Level 2 Youth Health Champions qualification within their organisations and communities. The Spectroil M machines are utilised to perform analysis of oil samples from the F-35 engine and lift fan. The Authority intends to assess the market to identify suppliers who can provide diagnostic and repair services in support of the Spectroil M machines. The proposed requirement will cover the annual servicing, calibration and repair of the equipment, with an option for ad-hoc consumables. The Contractor will be responsible for: - One annual preventative Maintenance visit per year, per unit for the four Spectroil M machines, inclusive of all required parts and spares. - Ad-hoc supply of consumables (The Authority may utilise this as an option). - Call out locations shall be limited to the UK. The MoD is seeking details about the support packages suppliers routinely provide to the market with regards to repair callouts and consumables. The scope of works will include a wide range of works across multiple types of buildings including individual, multiple occupancy, residential, commercial, heritage, community and those operated by the public sector on a 24 hour basis (i.e. police, health, fire and rescue, care homes etc.).
