Planned Works - Kitchens and Bathrooms replacement programme including associated electrical works

The works form part of Ongo's wider Decent Homes investment programme and will include: • Replacement and upgrade of kitchens and bathrooms • Associated electrical works, including rewires and upgrades where required • Void property works and ad hoc internal refurbishment activity • Miscellaneous construction works linked to property condition requirements The programme will be delivered to properties occupied by tenants as well as void properties, requiring a high level of resident engagement, careful planning, and minimisation of disruption. The Authority expects the contract to operate under a call off or measured term arrangement, with no guarantee of work volumes. Delivery will be flexible and responsive to changing demand, including peaks in voids and planned maintenance. Suppliers will be expected to demonstrate: • Strong tenant focused delivery, including communication and customer care • Ability to meet defined service standards and KPIs (e.g. timescales, satisfaction levels) • Robust contract management and reporting capability in line with Ongo frameworks • Commitment to social value outcomes, including local employment, skills and community benefits • Compliance with environmental, sustainability, and ethical supply chain expectations A strong emphasis will be placed on: • Safe systems of work and compliance with CDM Regulations • Resident satisfaction and safeguarding • Performance management, reporting and continuous improvement • Total Value (estimated): [The estimated total contract value is expected to be in the region of £35m-£40m over the full contract.
