National Framework Agreement for the provision of Mental Health and Wellbeing Services

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The overall aim of the Framework Agreement is to provide Mental Health and Wellbeing services for young people, adults or both. The Framework intends to cover a range of services that fall within the scope of Mental Health and Wellbeing services, delivered either virtually or in person. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The relevant Tender Notice was 2025/S 000-061162 with OCID ocds-h6vhtk-05a585. The awarding of this framework agreement is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and The Procurement Regulations 2024 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. The current Playing Pitch Strategy, completed after a review in 2017 and due to run until 2030, is reaching end-of-life, and a new strategy is required to cover the period from 2020 - 2041. This document should constitute a thorough review of sports facilities across the borough with an eye to guiding future planning and capital investment decisions. The key objectives of the strategy are twofold: • To improve public health by encouraging more people in Hounslow to get more active through ensuring facilities for playing pitch sports of appropriate quality are both available and accessible. • To provide the Council and its partners with a robust document with an evidence base that can be reliably used to support spatial planning decisions and inform capital investment plans and external funding bids for new and/or enhanced playing pitch sports facilities. The Natural History Museum has announced important transformations of its internal spaces ahead of the 150th anniversary of the opening of the South Kensington site, occurring in 2031. As part of these transformations, the popular Dinosaur Gallery will be restored, and the Origins Gallery, the Old General Herbarium and the Swing Space, currently closed to the public, will be reopened and returned to public use. These galleries are identified collectively as the' Western Galleries'. The works in each gallery will be articulated in two phases: base build, which is the object of this tender, and fit out, which will be tendered separately. The first works to commence will be the Swing Space in Autumn 2027 (base build) for an opening in 2028, followed shortly after by the Botany Library and the Old General Herbarium, due in 2029, Dinosaur Gallery, opening in 2030, and Origins Gallery that will be completed in 2031. A Feasibility Study has just been completed both for base build and fit-out leading to the identification of a set of recommended options for the base build and a set of design principles for the fit-out. CLOCS a construction industry-led programme which aims to improve road safety across construction supply chains with a focus on reducing collisions between heavy and large goods vehicles and vulnerable road users. The supplier will act as secretariat for the quarterly CLOCS Board, working group and sub-group meetings, conducting all administrative requirements including communications, invitations, agendas, compiling presentation slides, papers, facilitation (as required), notes and minutes. Administrative arrangements will include the sourcing of a venue, or arranging relevant online facilities, refreshments and catering. A suitable representative will be appointed chair of the working groups through a fair selection process agreed with the working group. The industry-led working group is comprised of a range of construction, logistics and safety organisations. It has been established to provide a clear understanding of current and upcoming industry good practice.
