Survey findings are shared with participating schools, Children and Young People's Service teams, elected members and partner organisations. The reports are used to support strategic planning, service evaluation and the targeting of resources to improve outcomes for children and young people. The Authority is now seeking information from providers capable of delivering a school-based survey across primary, secondary and special schools throughout North Yorkshire. The survey is undertaken every two years with pupils in Years 2, 6, 8, 10 and 12. Responses from recent surveys have typically ranged between 15,000 and 17,000 pupils.

Team Leidos are proud to be delivering the logistics commodities and services transformation (LCS(T)) Delivery partner contracts (LCS (T)/0001 dated 16.4.2015) on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence (the ‘Prime Contract’). Delivery of other parts of the LCS(T) contract are delivered by Leidos Europe Ltd (LEL) and other partners (together ‘Team Leidos’). This requirement is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations and respective advertising action. In April 2015, the MOD signed a thirteen year contract with Leidos Europe Ltd to provide the procurement and inventory management of commodity items (as well as the storage and distribution services), that were historically provided in-house by the Logistic Commodities and Services Operating Centre. Leidos, working with the MOD, will transform the way these services are delivered to ensure requirements continue to be met whilst providing best value for money for the department. The organisation delivering these services is known as Team Leidos. There is an intention to run a procurement in the future for The Supply of Pollution Control Sorbents.The agreement has an estimated value between ex. VAT. £3,120,000 - £7,800,000 inc. VAT 3,744,000 - £9,360,000 Team Leidos will issue a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice (PMEN) closer to the tender launch to enable Suppliers to support the development of the requirment of the sorucing strategy. Suppliers do not need to contact Team Leidos at this time regarding this notice.

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a provider for the Mayors West Yorkshire Domestic Abuse Perpetrator service using CARA (Cautioning and Relationship Abuse) Programme covering all districts: Bradford; Calderdale; Kirklees; Leeds and Wakefield. The Mayor is seeking to appoint a provider to lead the delivery and further development of the West Yorkshire Domestic Abuse Perpetrator service using CARA (Cautioning and Relationship Abuse) Programme over a maximum contract period of 7 years that has the ability to support up to 650 perpetrators per annum and associated victims where they are willing to engage that are intimate partners or family members. The programme will focus on first time, standard level risk perpetrators of domestic abuse who receive a conditional caution. However, further developments in West Yorkshire also require the programme to work with, where capacity allows, medium risk perpetrators that have received No Further Action (NFA) but are willing to attend CARA on a voluntary basis, with successful voluntary completions recorded as an Outcome 22. The anticipated budget is £2.1 million across the full 7 year period if all extension periods are taken.
